And The Found But Found EP and Sleep when I'm Dead are the two EPs of five other EPs he has already released. Jacob Sartorius enjoys a huge fan following across his various social media channels. He has nearly 12 million Instagram followers and 236,000 TikTok followers. There is also a self-titled YouTube channel that has around 2.93 million followers.
